Return Policy

At Limitlessly, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at iamlimitlessbrand@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence of the damage helps us resolve your case faster — please include photos in your initial email.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our products, the following cannot be returned once opened: skincare devices, personal wellness tools, and beauty accessories. This is for the health and safety of all our customers.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted place a new order for the correct item. Contact us at iamlimitlessbrand@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund please contact us at iamlimitlessbrand@gmail.com.
